I closed the invoice and changed preference back to Outlook.I got the following error: QuickBooks is unabe to send emails due to network connection failure. I went to Preferences and changed it to WebMail. *I was able to create and send (3) invoices but it was sending from Outlook and I had been sending using WebMail. It opened back up to the upcoming reminders at (2) when it should be (19). I found QBs FCS module (32bit) and QBs Automatic Update running on Task Manager so I shut them down, then reopened QBs.

Choose About your PC and scroll down to find your version number (reference screenshot below). On your computer, click the Start menu and type About your PC.The steps below will show you how to check what Windows 10 version you have: There was an update released on April 21st, and it helps repair the Windows 10 versions 1809, 1903, and 1909. Our Engineering team has been working on this and were able to partner with Microsoft to find the solution to the error. I wanted to drop in and give you guys an update on the Employee Center crashing in QuickBooks Desktop.
